ERP integration was a success

We needed E-Commerce Integration for our existing ERP. Vinya provided a free consultation which was really helpful in understanding the scope. The team was professional during the entire process. Communication was clear, and they delivered the integration on time, just like they promised. Post-implementation support for a few minor tweaks was also prompt. It took about 3 weeks from initial contact to full deployment. Very satisfied with the outcome for our online store.

Decent cloud migration

We used Vinya for a Cloud ERP Migration. The project went okay, no major hiccups or anything. Took a bit longer than I thought it would, like an extra week for some data transfer stuff, but it got done. The new system is working fine now, so that's good. The support guys were pretty chill and answered my questions when I called. Overall, a solid job.

It really depends on how complex your setup is. We had a pretty standard Business Central integration and it took about 3-4 months, but we were organized.

Yeah, ours was closer to 6 months for NAV because we had a bunch of custom modules. They're good though, just don't expect it overnight.

Yeah, usually. Our company got a better deal on the implementation fees when we committed to a longer contract. Ask about volume licensing too.

They don't do 'coupon codes' in the traditional sense, but definitely talk to them about annual contracts or if you're bundling services. That's where the savings are.

We looked at Pargesoft too. Vinya felt more responsive and their initial demo was more tailored to our specific needs, rather than just a generic overview. Pricing was competitive too.

I think they do, yeah. We got a trial for an AppSource solution from them, so Power Platform should be similar. Worth asking.
